The Humble Terrace, Middle Park

The Project

This small 2 bedroom terrace is in dyer need of a ‘make-over’. We have been engaged to perform renovations and repairs from sub-floor to roof coverings.

It is a middle sibling, single story terrace, located in Middle Park, Victoria , on a NW-SE facing site.

The Scope

  • Electrical and plumbing services will be renewed

  • Roof coverings will be replaced, corrugated iron sheeting to the rear and traditional slate to the exposed curb-side

  • We will repair and level the existing sub-floor and install new FSC-Certified engineered timber flooring over particle board

  • Solid plaster/cement render will be repaired

  • Bathroom will be stripped back and new wall linings, tiling, shower and toilet suite will be installed, as well as a laundry nook

  • Replacing the bathroom window

  • Replacing rear door to backyard
